How to use:

Adults: 6 to 8 tablets daily, divided into 2 or 3 meals;
In breast-feeding women: A maximum of 4 tablets (20 mg vitamin B6) per day, divided into 2 to 3 doses during meals.
The tablets are swallowed whole with a large glass of water.
