Shirt top shoulder to base hem measures approx. 12 1/4"; lying flat across front chest pit to pit is  9 1/2" (totaling 19" all around including both front & back, unstretched ~ Bottoms top waist to base of leg measures approx. 16"; lying flat across left to right side if waist is 6 1/2"

 (totaling 13" all around including both front & back, unstrecthed). Reminder knit material, so will stretch somewhat for extended fit. 

Elastic waist of bottoms can stretch approx. 2" more totaling 4" all around to 17" front & back total.
