Israeli army second Lebanon war ribbon with the Army commander citation

This is a current Israeli army double enamel ribbon.

The ribbon includes :

• 1) A general (army commander) citation (In Hebrew : "Tzalash aluf pikud")
• 2) A Lebanon 2 war ribbon.

Awarded to IDF soldiers which participated in the second Lebanon war (2006) and received a citation from a general NOT during this war (if received during the war the citation would be on the Lebanon ribbon).
