It is UNOPENED BRAND NEW IN THE PACKAGE and is a great, innovative way to help climbing plants go in the direction you desire. The ties are made of a medium hard rubber over wire, and are completely bendable. There are two in the package, and each of them has arms and legs that are about 3" long, and they are each about 5.5" long in total, from head to toe. This is a cutre little set of plant ties, and a useful gardening item with a cute little twist.
