Gold & floral art nouveau style hand-painted pitcher

Glossy white China milk pitcher or gravy dish with heavy gold paint.

Striking art deco shaped pitcher, with hand-painted bold smooth gold to the entire inside and outside of the side handle, to the upper mouth edge, to the entire protrusion of the pouring spout, and to the thick black-outlined double-border just beneath the upper mouth rim; underneath the black outlined thick gold border, are decorative art nouveau gold geometric designs outlined in black, and laced with charming hand-painted pink and blue flowers and green leaves.

Also accented with gold thin-line trim borders to the edges of the upper design and to the rim of the base.

The pitcher is 4.5 inches high, 6 inches long from spot tip to handle end, 3.7 inches wide at the base, 3 inches wide at the mouth rim, 3.80 inches wide at mouth opening from the spout tip, and weighs 9 ounces.

Strikingly designed art deco form, with art nouveau style painted  decorations.

Some gilt edge rubbing, no chips, no cracks.
Near fine milk or gravy pitcher with glossy glaze and with some rub-wear to the edges of the gold in the rim and the handle, hand painted with bold gold and multi-colored flowers with decorations and trims; the underside of the base still bears the original gold-painted leaf insignia with printed in black "Hand Painted W A Pickard, China" in addition to the remnants of a very partial teal back-stamp.
