For your consideration is a vintage crystal? footed compote/spooner/ bowl dish.  This has the pinwheel and fan design with an etched star in the middle.  The top ridge is a type of scallop.  It rings like crystal.  It is heavy.  It is about 5 inches tall and 4 3/8" in diameter at the top.  No chips or cracks.
