This is a 1906 HMS Prince Of Wales Silver Plated Presentation Teapot featuring repousse "putti" or "angels" and a bone finial. It is inscribed "Presented to B. Greet, Esq. By Chief & 1st Class P.O.'s (Petty Officers) of H.M.S. Prince Of Wales, 1906. This ship was in service from 1902 until 1919, and served during World War 1. The teapot is in excellent shape, just a little tarnish on its base, and measures approximately 6 inches tall and 10 inches across from spout to handle. Marked "Hard Soldered EPNS" on its base as shown.
