Very neat, vintage, circa 1930s era, unmarked, small porcelain with brass top part, I believe figural, not operational,  little lamp base in the picture. Neat little piece with little red roses on the sides. About 3 1/4 inches tall and in nice shape with light wear to the gold paint trim and could use fine cleaning. 3 1/4 inches tall and 4 inches wide including the handle.
