Vintage, circa 1930s era, black Germany stamped bottom, porcelain, hand painted girl salt or pepper shaker in the picture. Good shape with light paint wear, several small chips on the brim of the hat and lower rim of skirt, some craze lines, cork stopper is floating around inside, some light wear, could use some fine cleaning.
