These dress pants are in good condition with normal signs of wear. They do have a small spot that is hard to see but I have shown in the photos. These were my sons and they are way to big for him now. They are 60% cotton and 40% polyester. They have been washed and dried so please check measurements. They have lots of life left and would be great for a day at the office or a night on the town.

Inseam is 29 1/2 inches

Rise is 12 inches
