The sewing notions that are attached are:  yellow cording or thread, pink button, blue button, pin cushion, spool of green sewing thread, white yarn, and a white button.  The red cord "chain" is adjustable. 

Necklace measures 10 1/4 inches long (as it is pictured) ... but is adjustable.  The wreath pendant measures 2 1/4 inches tall x 2 1/2 inches wide x 7/8 inches thick
