• This is the April 28, 1940 issue of the comic strip, "America's Greatest Comic Weekly".  The newspaper supplement, but no city or state given to identify location.  Most of the strips state, "King Features Syndicate, Inc".

• Condition is probably VG+ (very good +) or better.  Folded as shown, and there are a couple of tears.  One on front and one on back.  The seam is intact, and can be opened easily.  Light staining from age.
