Our steel deck sets the standard for truck scale design, and performance, keeping downtime to a minimum. Each truck scale is designed with wide-flange beams to ensure a strong weighbridge design. The OP-100 series can weigh up to as many as 200 trucks per day. The weighbridge is constructed with a 5/16” checkered steel on top of wide-flange structural beams. The wide flange beam helps minimize in accurate weights and increases the longevity of your truck scales. Each beam is positioned length wise with traffic flow to ensure an accurate and reliable scale over the next 25 years.
Each double shear beam load cells have a capacity of 75,000 pounds. Our OP-343SS load cells are manufactured with stainless steel and hermetically sealed for outdoor applications. Compared to most competitors only use 50,000 lb per load cell. The OP-100 offers an overload protection of 300%. Higher capacity load cells cause fewer issues. OP-343SS load cells include extra shroud for rodent protection. Each steel deck is manufactured with top access through the scale deck. Allowing for easy and convenient maintenance. Junction Boxes are designed with surge protection against lightening. The junction box is provided with each scale system. The entire truck scale is grounded.
