I thought for sure they were suede, however fabric tag says Polyamide.(with spandex)

This is a UK, which is US 4, but tag says 6.

A tiny but snug on me when zipping and i'm US 4, ....may be best for a small 4 or 2,

but not a 6 in my opinion.
