- We ship to confirmed address within the 48 contiguous US States.
- We do not ship to FPO, APO or PO Box Addresses.
- Tracking number will be emailed to the buyer.
- Orders are usually shipped out within 1-2 business days (mostly within 24 hours)

- All of our items are shipped out brand new. We offer full refunds or exchange for defective items only.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- If you have received the item in a damaged condition, please notify us within 4 hours after receiving.
- Full refund (including original S&H) only applies for defective items and it must be sent back to us in the original condition. Including the original accessories and all packing materials.
- We will not accept returns with missing accessories or packaging.
