DESCRIPTION: This is a tailored Park Lane set (necklace and clip earrings) with a graceful abstract design of alternating gold and silver colored links. The necklace includes an extender and large lobster clasp.
These pieces are not marked (as is typical of Park Lane), but they do come in their original box.
Apparent discoloration in the pictures is due to reflections of nearby objects. In person, the colors are even gold and silver. #17125.
SIZE: Earrings are a little over 1" by 1 1/2"; necklace is 20" long (plus a 3" extender) by 7/8" wide.
TO ASSURE THAT YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE PURCHASING, PLEASE USE A RULER TO SEE WHAT SIZE THE ITEM IS. MOST RULERS HAVE A MILLIMETER SCALE OPPOSITE THE INCH SCALE.
BACKGROUND: I recently bought a number of pieces from a woman who was a distributor for Jewels by Park Lane from the 1980s to the early 1990s. These pieces were never sold, so they are in new condition.
Park Lane jewelry was sold at home parties rather than in stores. The pieces during this period were made in the U.S.
