The choker necklace is made from authentic water buffalo bone, not bison (that's all the white you see), as well as horn, and a beautiful high end hematite from the Czech Republic. The leather is 100% genuine leather and the suede ties are 100% suede.

The choker measures approximately 15.5 inches at it's tightest. A woman could wear it if she has a larger neck. If not, and you like the style I can custom make a woman's version for you, just email me.
