8 Piece set includes star flag, manger, Jesus, Mary, Joseph, 3 Wise men.  4.5" tall figures, childrens dressed up for the Christmas Play at Church - you can see their jeans and sneakers peeking out from their costumes.  2 Flaws noted : one of Joseph's fingers broke off and Mary has a small brown paint stroke on her face which was a factory defect she came with.  These are minor flaws only visible upon close inspection, not at all obvious.
