Measures approximately un-stretched 3" width and 8" long. Measure around your muscle/appendage to check fit and remember this stretches up to and a little over shown width and length. Will also stretch with wear and washing.

Four Stars! These are thin. I have another ankle sleeve that is much thicker. I sprained my ankle about a month ago during a soccer game, so I always wear an ankle sleeve now. This is good if you are looking for something without too much compression that will not cut your circulation. If you are looking for something with more support look elsewhere. These got the job done for me since my ankle has almost fully recovered but I just wear it to feel safe. These come in a pack of two and the price was great, so i am not complaining.
