If the item is damaged because of our packaging please send pictures and description of the damage. We will let you know if we want to send a return label or just return the money for the item. Depending on what service we use to ship, it may be covered under the insurance. If the item comes to you damaged and it has insurance we will ask that you bring the item to your post office to see if it is covered under the insurance plan included.
