It is made using traditional methods with Yak and Cow Milk and all natural products and no chemicals or preservatives.
Himalayan Dog Chew is made by boiling the milk and coagulating it in such a way that all lactose is transferred in the whey with almost "zero" lactose in the resulting cheese.
After separating the whey from the cheese, it is dried and cooked in warm smoke for months to get rid of all the lactose, or is broken down to easily digesting lactose and glucose.
