Can we resize the ring?

Yes, *all rings can be resized free of charge. Upon receiving your purchase order, we will send you an email requesting your ring size. In case we do not receive an answer from you within two (2) days, our policy is to send the ring out in the size stated on the item description page. Please not that all our rings can easily be resized by any qualified jeweler, should you decided to do so in the future.

We only ship within the US via USPS registered mail. We ship all items within 3-5 business days after payment is approved. All items are shipped fully insured and require customer signature upon delivery. For your safety, we only ship to verified PayPal users with confirmed addresses. Billing address must be identical to the shipping address. Customers will be provided with a tracking number as soon as we receive it.

Standard: Free shipping in the U.S.A..!!!! Items will arrive in 3-9 business days.

Expedited: Items will arrive in 1-2 business days for $24.99 including all shipping and handling costs.

International customers: must contact us prior to bidding, to verify with us about shipping to their particular country.All import tax duties are the responsibility of the customer

Payment must be made within 3 days from winning the bid, otherwise we reserve the right to resell the item. We only accept PayPal payment from PayPal verified users. New York residents must pay 8.75% sales tax.

We believe in our jewlery, and want our customers to be satisfied. We offer you a 30 day return policy!!!!! It's easy to return, just call us and will give you a return shipping ID. All returns must be returned fully insured via registered mail. After we receive the item our qualified jewelers will inspect the item. Pending inspection and identification we will refund sale (not including fees and shipping expenses). For your safety all refunds will be made only to original PayPal accounts.

Please note: Although we offer free resizing, if a customer returns a ring that was resized then we deduct $30 for an item that was resized and subsequently returned.

All of our descriptions of our diamonds are accurate, as all the diamonds that we offer for sale are owned by our company. We do not sell on consignment from other companies. However, please bear in mind that some of our photos are stock photos, unless indicated differently.
