Left front photo corner shows 1-1/2" diagonal fold crossing the "T" in "TOM;" ghost of a fold at upper right corner; 1/4" semi-circular impress at right front middle edge (next to "ALBUM 9 -- TOM RUSH" (Columbia)); order form has price changed in red ink on one item.

This discography was made available by Tom when he moved back to New Hampshire back in the 1980s, and listed all of his record albums recorded at that time, with listings of those that were either "out of print" or "out of print - limited stock available."
