We describe all our items honestly and accurately to the best of our knowledge, giving detailed descriptions and photos for your buying decisions. If something is important to you that you do not see listed please ask. We carry NEW, NEW BUT OLD, USED, VINTAGE and OOAK merchandise including dolls, doll clothing & accessories, toys and collectibles and more . We are a licensed business, also serving as an dropoff site for our customers, take consignments, estates and others, as selling agent/bailee, holding such items until they are sold. Our items come to us through various venues. As we do not always know their history trail or environment from which they came, we do inspect all items carefully, may clean where necessary, and state any seen or know problems. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Barbiken's and it's affiliates, partners, employees, etc., disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. We reserve the right to cancel any bid/buy now from Buyers with questionable, private, or excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to cancel bids/buy now from Buyers in locations where item cannot be shipped.
