I found this in my storage room packed away.  This is a Star Trek 30 Years Commemorative Edition card by SkyBox.  This card is minted on a sheet of Genuine Gold Foil and contains over 17 square inches of pure gold.  Produced with premium quality materials and is hard sculpted.  There was only 3613 of these made.  This does have the original box, Certificate of Authenticity and box along with case.  It shows the 4 captains: James Tiberius Kirk, Jean-Luc Picard, Benjamin Sisko and Kathryn Janeway.  The back shows Memorable Moments of the Star Trek Captains.  Serial Number 1917 on this particular card.
