This little license plate key chain is marked 1958 Penna with the 1961 renewal sticker visible and the license No is 785MG. These were produced by or for the DAV and then offered to car owners for a donation and the key ring matched the actual license plate you received. That was back in the day when you would get a new plate every year and PA has only ever had one plate on the read of the car.
