This little license plate key chain is marked 1956 Penna and the license No is 8L N 21. These were produced by or for the DAV and then offered to car owners for a donation and the key ring matched the actual license plate you received. That was back in the day when you would get a new plate every year and PA has only ever had one plate on the read of the car.
