Vintage original 8x10 in. U.S. single-weight glossy fashion-themed photograph of silent film actress ESTHER RALSTON c.1923. She is depicted in an interior studio shot wearing a dress of "...wool crepe, and the lines suggest a Russian influence" (as described on the original paper snipe caption affixed to the bottom of the verso). As indicated by a rubber stamp in light purple ink on the verso, this photograph was taken by the renowned Hollywood photographer Eugene Robert Richee at the time Miss Ralston appeared in director James Cruze's famous silent film drama, Old Ironsides.

It is in very fine- condition with a light 1.5 in. diagonal crease on the top left corner and a small crease on the bottom left corner. There are no pinholes, tears, stains, writing, or other flaws.
