This is blue dress for Barbie dolls.  Material feels like cotton.  Around neck and arms there is white material with polka dots on it.  Back plunges low and there is a snap at the bottom.   This is from the '60s but still in pretty good condition.  Stains on the right side on white trim, small spot on white around armhole at the top and on the front of dress on left [looking at dress in picture].  This has been in storage for years.  No tag inside.
