Investigator Food and Drug Administration FDA Retired Blue Ball Cap Hat

Cap is in good condition.  The tag inside is quite worn and faded.  Please see pictures.

Cap is blue with embroidery on the front.  The back half of the cap is mesh.

The back has an adjustable plastic tab (snapback).
