Description
This is a lovely, swirly crystal pleated evening skirt in silk-like polyester chiffon.
Marked a size 12. Please note that vintage tends to run small. The waist measures 27" with some stretch available.
No brand tag - just a size/fiber content tag, and "Union Made in America."
Rich royal purple, with a lot of blue in the tint.
Elasticized waistband.
Invisible back zip, with hook and eye.
Maxi length.
The flounced hem is wonderful - it has a filament encased in the hem, which gives the hem a swirly, twirly corkscrew effect. Very 60's / 70's!
Fully lined with acetate.
In excellent vintage condition. The lining does have a very subtle color fade towards the hem, but this is not visible when wearing.
Otherwise, very nice! Clean and ready to wear.
