PUBLISHED:  January 1967.  I received this as a wedding gift in 1970.   I didn’t use it very much as I never liked to cook.

CONDITION:  Excellent.  Text tight.  No food stains or notations in book.  No dust jacket is available.  The only flaw is that the attached red cloth ribbon bookmarks that are attached to the binding have slightly stained the bottom of book and partial interior (see photos).  Otherwise, it is in amazing condition for its age.  Listing photos are NOT stock photos, but actual photos of my book that is for sale. 

SIZE:  approx. 6-1/2” x 9” hard cover book.  850 pages!

Kept in smoke-free home.
