This box has never been opened.  It measures a whopping 17 inches wide x 33 inches tall x 3 inches deep.  Inside the box contains an instruction manual and all of the parts are included.

The only major writing on the top label is that the user will need to have an appropriate size screwdriver and some pliers handy.
