HOW TO USE

1. Gently pull outward on the outer corner of the eye to create a flat surface. Hold liner at an angle and draw a line along the upper lash line. 2. For a “cat eye”, draw a thin line away from the outer corner of the eye towards the end of your eyebrow (not all the way, of course!)
