This cup is marked CORNING … Corning, Ky USA … MICROWAVE SAFE … NO STOVETOP OR BROILER.  It is Vintage but in great condition.  No cracks, chips, flea bites, grazing, marring of the flower design.  It holds a lot of liquids compared to other Vintage cups.  It measures 3 13/16 inches wide x 2 11/16 inches tall.  

My mom and dad had this set.  I can remember my aunts and uncles would come over to play cards and drink coffee all night.  Memories.
