This cute blonde hair angel is part of my collection.  She has been sitting on my bookshelf for many years.  She is not marked anywhere.  Her whole body is made of porcelain.  Her arms and legs move up and down.  Her bright white dress does not come off as well as her wings.  They are attached.  She wears a headband of shiny different colored trim.  This trim is also applied to the yoke in her dress.  There is a double strand of golden colored beads that go down the full length in the front of her dress as well.  Her fluffy feathers at the top of her head are stuffed under her wings. (one feather is broken so would have to be replaced or removed).  You can see just how cute her little face is in the photo.  She is 4 1/2 inches tall.  In great used condition.
