Jerusalem Artichoke Seed Tubers - Stampede.

These are a form of perennial sunflower with tiny 2" flowers. These flowers rarely produce more than a few very small viable seeds. Pinching the flowers will encourage tuber Developement. However, allowing some seeds to develope will eventually produce more varieties of tuber.

On offer are 3 oz of seed tubers of varying sizes. Even those under 1 cm can produce several lbs of tubers the 1st season when grown in loose, organically rich soil. I will lift the tubers the same day that they're shipped. They will be sent with soil to protect them in transit. Please don't wash before planting, the symbionts will help them thrive in their new home.
