This is one of my own original designs, luxurious, elegant and modern! As of this writing, you won't find another like it here on Etsy. The original was in Citrine, and I loved it so much I had to add one in Garnet. This makes a fabulous and unusual gift for a January birthday, or for any time!

A gorgeous 9mm aprox. coin briolette (approximately 2.5-3cts) of deep wine-red garnet is the focal point of this beauty, and hangs below my minimal bar necklace (minimal no more, with this fabulous addition!). The Garnets have great clarity and color, but may have minor inclusions, which only add to their natural beauty! Though overall very good faceting, these do have a few small imperfections in the faceting as well, such as the occasional minute chip where the facets meet. The first photo shows the color the best as light is passing thru the stone; from some angles it will look darker, typical of garnet.

The slightly curved 14k gold-filled bar is hand- hammered for shape and texture, and wire-wrapped to a sparkling flat oval cable chain. The clasp ends are finished with beautiful tiny faceted dark garnet beads (depending on stock at hand), and a 1" permanent extender.

the necklace is about 15-1/2" -16-1/2" total equivalent length (with the attached extender), and is meant to be worn with the bar just below the collar bone. I can adjust the chain length to your individual measurements if you include the length you would like in the notes to seller at purchase.
