I was just received a charge on my credit card and I haven’t purchased or sold anything on Bonanza.com for over two years. There’s no phone number for customer service and I want to know how I can reach them (besides email) to reverse the charge. Anyone else have this problem with Bonanza.com?

Don’t waste time with Bonanza, all you will get is silence or “Keith” from support answering a question other than what you asked. Just call your credit card company and explain it to them, and they will likely reverse the charges. You can even do this online.

Not sure, but, keep in mind Bonanza is no longer a free site where items can just be dropped and forgotten. We are charged listing fees per item with a max fee of $20.00 per month plus of course FVF etc.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
