Does anyone have contact information for anyone at this putrid company? No one answers [phone number removed] and their ICANN registration only has [phone number removed] which is Domains by Proxy. I would dearly love to speak to whoever owns this mess.

I really think the company has only about 5 employees. The owner only signs into the site about once a month or so himself which is a really strange thing to see.
