Shipping policy

We pride ourselves on prompt shipping and beating estimated delivery dates. If you place an order on a business 1 day (Monday – Friday) before 4pm CT, we will ship your order that day! Any orders placed after that shipping cut-off and/or on weekends and holidays will ship on the next business day.

Return policy

Full refund available within 90 days

1. All items can be returned within 30 days of your order. It’s important that you feel confident with your purchase and ready to tackle your repair journey!

2. On items without defects or damage, we will be responsible for the return shipping cost if you use our label when creating your return. returns.

3. All items are covered with a 180-day warranty unless noted on their product page. We’ll cover all shipping costs for return/replacement warranty claims in the US. Please see below for more details on warranty claims and policies for international returns.

4. We must receive your return within 30 days of you receiving your Express Code (RMA Number). If not, you will be charged the cost of any replacement items sent, the return will be closed, and we won’t be able to process your refund.
