Shipping policy

Thank you for taking the time to shop with us. We understand that you would like your items as fast as possible which is why we are committed to making sure your order leaves our warehouse within 1- 5 business day of your order being placed.
Orders will be dispatched by either one of our designated courier services and sent to you with tracking numbers so you can watch the journey of your parcel from start to finish should you wish to or via Royal Mail standard service.
To the United States, we use Royal Mail standard service shipping, which have an arrival time between 14-25 days.
To the rest countries we use registered and tracked post service, the estimated arrival time for this is between 14-25 days, depending the delivery country.
Should there be any problems please contact us and one of the team will investigate the issue straight away.

Return policy

Our returns policy is very simple. If you have purchased a product and wish to return it then as long as the item is unused, unopened and in the same condition you received it, we will accept the item back for a full refund.
If the item has arrived to you and is damaged or defective then please contact our team and we will begin the return process for you.
