Shipping policy

1. Sold As-Is / No Returns
Please note that all items offered in this shop are antique or vintage. Due to their age, historical nature, and the complexity of mechanical movements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the item has been shipped.

2. Condition & Authenticity

We provide high-resolution photos and a detailed description of each clock, including any known flaws, repairs, or restorations.

Please study the photos carefully as they are an integral part of the description.

We guarantee the authenticity of the clock as described, but please remember that “vintage condition” implies signs of wear consistent with age.

3. Mechanical Condition

While we test all clocks and state their current working condition, we cannot guarantee their future performance after international transit.

Important: Mechanical clocks often require professional adjustment (levelling and beat setting) after shipping, as vibrations during transport can cause parts to shift. This is a standard procedure and is the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Packaging & Shipping

We use professional “Double Boxing” techniques and specialized materials to ensure maximum protection.

All shipments are fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, the buyer must cooperate with the insurance claim process (providing photos of the damaged box and item).

5. Buyer’s Responsibility
