Shipping policy

Once full payment is received, the item will be shipped through USPS within the United States and most countries internationally, depending on the mailing restrictions. Most items are shipped First Class – items should arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Please allow for up to 2 days handling. For international buyers, please contact me before purchasing the item. Within the United States, there will be a confirmation code on the most items that will be made available to the buyer. Any upgrades, such as insurance, quicker delivery methods, or registered mail, must be requested before payment and will be paid for by the buyer. An invoice will be sent for the total cost of the item, shipping, and any upgrades. Please contact me before any purchases that involve multiple items being purchased or if you want any upgrades – I will do my best to keep costs for you at a minimum.

Return policy

An item is eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, date known by use of the confirmation code. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. The cost of the item only will be refunded. If an item is lost during shipping, a replacement will be shipped with no additional shipping charges to the buyer. Customized items will only be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis. Anything personalized, such as with a person’s name, is not eligible.
