International Shipping
We ship worldwide from Sweden using trusted carriers such as:
- UPS
- DHL
- PostNord
- Local postal partners in the destination country
Shipping method depends on destination, weight, and selected shipping option at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During holidays, high-volume periods, or supplier delays, processing may take slightly longer. If there is any delay affecting your order, we will notify you.
Delivery Time Estimates
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, local postal delays, or peak seasons may extend delivery time.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be no extra tariffs added to your parcel for US customers.

Temperature-Sensitive Items
Some products (such as certain dairy, fish, or chilled goods) require refrigeration for long-term storage but can safely travel at room temperature for up to approximately two weeks during transit.
We carefully pack all products to ensure safe delivery under normal shipping conditions. However, we cannot control temperature exposure during international transport.
Packaging
All items are packed carefully and securely to protect them during international shipping.
Candy and loose goods may be:
- Packed in original manufacturer packaging
- Or handpicked into food-grade bags for protection during transit
Larger orders may be shipped in multiple cartons, which may arrive separately.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided when available and will be uploaded to your order once dispatched.

Some postal services may not update tracking immediately after handover.
If tracking appears delayed, we recommend contacting your local postal service with your tracking number for the most accurate information.
Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
We cannot ship to PO boxes when using UPS.
If a parcel is returned due to:

- Refusal to pay customs fees
The buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If tracking shows no updates after handover to the courier, please contact us.
