Free Standard Shipping (US Only)
All signs ship free within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
Processing time to hand-carve varies depending on the item purchased. Please check your purchased listing details for the exact time required to carve and prepare your order for shipping.
Stated processing time covers item completion only. Estimated carrier transit time applies once your order is dispatched.
Tracking is provided as soon as your order is packaged and shipped.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Return policy

All Custom Sales Final: Because each sign is individually hand-carved upon order placement, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.
Shop Errors: If an error occurs on our end that differs from your order specifications, please contact us immediately with photos so we can correct it.
Carrier Damage or Loss: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us right away with photos of the damaged box and sign. We will file a claim with the carrier (USPS or UPS). Remakes or refunds for shipping damage will be processed once the carrier claim is approved and honored.

Holiday Order Deadline:
December 1st is our strict cut-off deadline for custom orders needed by Christmas. Ordering by December 1st ensures we have enough hands-on time to carve, finish, and ship your item for holiday delivery.
How to Send Custom Details:
If personalized or custom signs ordered only: Please include your exact text or personalization requests in the buyer notes section at checkout or send us a direct message after placing your order. (Please review the items details for exact text requirements.
Standard none personalized items does not require a response.
Hand-Carved Craftsmanship:
Each sign is individually carved by hand out of solid wood using handheld tools. We never use automated CNC machines, laser cutters, or cheap vinyl lettering.
Indoor/Outdoor Display:
Signs intended for outdoor/indoor use are finished with protective exterior topcoats. For maximum longevity, we recommend placing outdoor signs under a covered porch or sheltered area. indoor signs are protected with an indoor clear coat finish.
