Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at PNW Flea Junk Sales! PNW Flea-Junk Sales ships MOST of orders via USPS, UPS, OR FED-EX. Occasionly certain items will have a carrier different from above due to better cost or faster delivery. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
I USE A THIRD PARTY SHIPPING SERVICE FOR MY LABELS FOR CHEAPEST RATES POSSIBLE. OFTEN FROM CARRIERS NOT SHOWN ON BONANZA (IF CARRIER DIFFERS FROM YOUR CHOICE BUT IS CHEAPER I WILL CONTACT YOU TO APPROVE/DISAPROVE OF THEIR USE. ALSO DEPENDING ON CERTIAN VARIABLES MY SHIPPING LABEL PROVIDER’S USPS CALCULATOR FIGURES LOWER PRICES THAN ONE USED HERE THUS ANY OVERAGES IN RATE COST WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU AND I WILL NOTIFY YOU OF SUCH.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
\All returned items must be in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, & labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

RETURN
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, I will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. I will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
