Shipping policy
DVDs & Blu-rays ship from Australia and usually within 5 business days. Orders are shipped with tracking via Australia Post (delivery in the USA is by USPS). International delivery from Australia usually takes approx 2-3 weeks to the USA and approx 2-5 weeks to most other countries.
Returns Policy:
1. Returns accepted within 30 days from delivery;
2. Items must be returned still unopened and unused;
3. Buyers must contact us first for a Return Authorisation;
4. Return shipping cost is at the Buyer’s expense;
5. A 10% restocking fee is deducted from refunds;
6. The original shipping charge is not refundable;
