Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!
Booth overview
I warranty all items as correctly working unless otherwise specified. I provide a two week mechanical warranty on all items once you get the item. I do not warranty if you like the item only that it works correctly and is as described. I try to make sure my customers happily get exactly what they ordered in the exact condition that was described. Returns are gladly accepted (please read the return policy below for specifics), a 20% restocking fee is applied. I will happily refund the cost of the item (less 20%); shipping and insurance costs are not refunded.
Shipping policy
The shipping costs are specified for each item. Some heavy items are listed without any shipping costs. These items you arrange to pickup, pack, and pay of shipping. (Some I will deliver to United Parcel Service if you desire.) This category includes some very heavy items. Normally I explain this in my description under the heavy items. I try to give prompt mailing and good service for all items that are purchased.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsReturns are OK, but only within 14 days of purchase. I will happily refund the cost of the item less a 20% restocking fee. I do not refund the postage insurance or handling fees. You are welcome to return any item within two weeks of purchase, not a problem. If you contact me after two weeks it is my policy not to accept any returns.

I like giving good service and providing you with exactly the item that you bought. Your items are packed well and mailed quickly. I appreciate good service so I assume you will also.
