Shipment Processing Time

We offer express shipping for online orders, your orders will be insured for the full purchase amount, and can be tracked on the EMS/DHL/UPS website. You will get your package in 3-5 days after payment.

Guarantee and Exchange policy

Guarantee: If you are unhappy with a product you purchase from us for any reason you may return it for a refund of the purchase price minus ALL shipping charges. You must call and request a refund within 7 days of delivery of the product to qualify for the money back guarantee.

Guarantee Return Policy:. You must call within 7 days of receipt of the product to qualify for the money back guarantee. All returns must be received no later than 15 days after the complaint has been made. The product must be repackaged in it’s original box and packing. If you can not find all of the original packing or have thrown it out you may use your own, however the return must be well packaged, boxed, and arrive to us in good condition or at least the condition described in the complaint for the refund to take effect. If the product is received after 15 days has lapsed a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund.
